The membership form can be downloaded below (right click and "save link as" if it won't display correctly for you).
The same form is used for renewing your membership, which runs from the 1st of February to the 31st of January the following year.
All details must be filled in before posting to P.O.Box 704, New Plymouth with the appropriate fees, alternatively it can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are a new applicant and know members of the club, get them to fill in the nominator / seconder part of the form. If you don't know any club members, contact the Club Captain or any of the committee members listed on the website and they will assist you.
Part of your entry form is the allocation of race numbers. You will be contacted if your prefered number(s) are unavailable.
